We also have the opportunity to explore the thriving Ol Pejeta Conservancy and head to Great Rift Valley’s Lake Naivasha before we proceed on to Amboseli National Parks which awaits to offer stunning photographic opportunities then we cross the border to the scenic and adorable Lake Manyara in Tanzania then we head to the legendary Serengeti, next to Ngorongoro Crater, Tarangire and West Kilimanjaro. Duration: 15 days, 14 Nights

Day 1: Arusha, Tanzania

On arrival at Kenya’s Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will be met and welcomed by a Safari Director, who will accompany you to the stunning Southern Sun Mayfair Hotel, where you will spend the night. Your stay is on Bed and Breakfast.

Day 2: Aberdare National Park

After breakfast, you will be met by our Client Relations who will give you a safari briefing before starting your safari. You will be driven to Aberdare National Park, arrive in time for lunch at The Aberdare Country Club and later you will be transferred to The Ark lodge for: Game viewing, dinner and overnight.

Day 3 & 4: Samburu National Reserve

After breakfast you will be driven to Samburu National Reserve and you will arrive at your lodge in time for lunch. Acclimatize before you enjoy your first game drive this afternoon.

Early morning and late afternoon game drives are made on Day 4.

Day 5: Ol Pejeta Conservancy

After breakfast you will be driven to the thriving Ol Pejeta Conservancy for a different experience. You will arrive in time for lunch at Sweetwaters Tented Camp. Thereafter, you will head out to the Chimpanzee Sanctuary and the Morani Educational Centre with a game drive included. Return to your tented camp for dinner, overnight and breakfast.

Day 6: Lake Naivasha

Today you will enjoy a full breakfast before you are picked by your driver guide who will drive you off to Lake Naivasha, arriving in time for lunch. In the afternoon you will have the option of exploring the wonders of the lake on a boat. Dinner, overnight and breakfast will be at your lodge.

Day 7, 8: Amboseli National Park

After breakfast you will be driven to Amboseli National Park with lunch taken en-route. You will arrive in time for an evening game viewing drive. Dinner and overnight will be taken at your camp

Next day, early morning and evening game viewing drives are made. Optional cultural Maasai Village available at additional cost.

Day 9: Lake Manyara National Park

After breakfast your guide and a member of the Woni Family will meet you and you will be given a Safari Orientation before you board your 4x4 Safari Land Cruiser. Armed with picnic lunches you will head out of Arusha to Lake Manyara National Park (about 3 hours’ drive), your game viewing will start as soon as you enter the park, the park is profoundly known for large elephants, lion buffalo, zebra and plains game and is a birders paradise.

As the sun sets you will be driven to Lake Manyara Hotel which sits high a bluff for dinner, overnight and breakfast and breathtaking views over this spectacular park.

Day 10, 11: Serengeti National Park

Next we drive deep into the Serengeti National Park. The scenic drive is all about stark contrasts of forested highlands to the flat endless sort grass plains of the central Serengeti eco-systems which resembles Masai Mara’s richness. Arrive at Serengeti Sopa Lodge in tie for a hot sumptuous meal. Settle into your room before heading out for a game viewing drive.

Spend three days exploring the Serengeti, watching vast herds at one of the largest wildlife sanctuaries in the world. On the third day you will leave with picnic lunches and head out for a full day game viewing drive and head north where you may be lucky to witness the great migration and definitely encounter staggering wildlife, great numbers of cats and plains wildlife.

At the end of one day, linger over sundowner cocktails overlooking the Serengeti plains.

Day 12: Ngorongoro Crater / Conservation Area

After breakfast your guide will drive you to Ngorongoro, arriving in time for lunch at Ngorongoro Sopa Lodge, settle into your room and enjoy breathtaking views from your veranda. This afternoon we descend into the crater – a truly stunning wonder of the world, the 102-square mile crater is a magnificent caldera – the largest in the world. Encounter over 30,000 animals: elephants, prides of lion, leopard, cheetah and giraffe among other general plains wildlife. Return to lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 13: Tarangire National Park

This morning we savour a leisurely breakfast then we set off for Tarangire National Park – a park of dramatic landscapes and excellent game-viewing, mystic baobab trees, plus a large concentration of big cats and arguably the best bird diversity in East Africa. Arrive in time for lunch at the Tarangire Sopa Lodge and settle in to your exclusive and experience nature at its purest form. This evening we head out for an evening game viewing drive before returning to the camp to freshen up, attend dinner, sleep and be awakened by the majesty of the competitive lions.

Day 14: West Kilimanjaro – Sinya Conservancy

After having a full breakfast, we drive to West Kilimanjaro to an area known as Sinya, a private concession of about 600 square kilometers. One of the few areas in Africa where huge elephant bulls, more than 50 years old carrying tasks of considerable size, are regularly seen. Here you will have an opportunity to visit the Maasai homestead to experience an unchanged heritage. The Maasai here are still living the traditional way and are not used to the commercial relationship with tourists that is common in more visited areas. Other activities included in your stay here are: game viewing drives, sundowner (The sunset celebration) and a Kilimanjaro Hike, you will be transferred to the Londorossi entrance gate and you will spend the day trekking in the park for approximately 3 hours, lunch is taken as picnic.

Day 10 – Arusha / Depart

After checking out, you will be driven to Arusha where you will have your farewell dinner before you are transferred to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your outbound flight.
